This notice is issued by DISA/DITCO to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including specific subsets) to provide Internet Protocol Network Services (IPNS) for the Department of War. The services are primarily Commercial Internet Access (CIA), Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT), and Managed Service (MS) focused between and among government-designated locations.

• Provide Commercial Internet Access (CIA) and Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) using TCP/IP to interconnect government networks and public ISP networks.

• Detail company's breadth of connectivity solutions for government users.

• Describe Service Provisioning Intervals for routine and expedited orders.

• Describe ability to streamline ordering and implementation of IP Telephony (IPT), including SIP Trunk or Hosted services.

• Describe ability to simplify the ordering process for services like SD-WAN, VPNs, IPS, 5G, Broadband, particularly for POTS replacement.

• Ability to configure service delivery within defined regions (NCR, Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, Outside CONUS).

• Ability and experience to provide up to 100 Gbps bandwidth over a ten-year period.

• Ability and experience to support Next Generation 911 (NG911) and legacy Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) gateways.
