Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages (Times New Roman, not less than 10 pitch). The statement should include:
- Organization name, address, email, website, telephone number, size, and type of ownership.
- Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with supporting documentation.
- If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, address the administrative and management structure.
- For Small Businesses, an explanation of the company's ability to perform at least 50% of the work (FAR 52.219-14) for both base and option periods.
