For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
- SF-1449 Section 1, Block 17, 30
- PRICE CONTINUATION TO SF-1449
- Additional information as required in Section 3.
- Representations and Certifications in Section 5.
Bidders must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. Registration information is available at https://sam.gov/content/home. As registration may be a lengthy process, interested bidders should initiate the registration as soon as possible. The resultant SAM number must be provided with the proposal submission.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Interested bidders should send their quotation by email to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before 12:00 p.m. January 12, 2026 GMT+5 Tashkent time.
