Scope of Work

Two interpreters are required per course, with potential additional interpreters for outdoor activities and after-hours events (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, dates to be determined).
- Document translation services for materials such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files.
- Translation of critiques and unforeseen documents, with an estimated volume of 150,000 words, paid based on actual words translated.
- Support for course-related activities, including welcoming lunches and post-course critiques/evaluations. The first course is scheduled to commence on March 2, 2026.
