The contractor shall provide ASL Interpreter Services for the hearing-impaired employees at ANAD events such as, but not limited to, Employee Appreciation Day, Command Town Hall Meetings, training, award ceremonies, meetings with the Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEO) and Depot Personnel Office, Legal Proceedings, law enforcement interviews, investigations and Employee counseling and performance appraisals with supervisors. The events will be held at Anniston Army Depot. Occasionally, events may be held outside of the Depot within Calhoun County, Alabama. The government will request services on an ?as needed? basis at least seven (7) working days prior to the event and will provide the location where the event will be held at least 24 hours prior to the event.
