Opportunity Details
The 354th Security Forces Squadron requires a state-of-the-art digital interview and surveillance recording system to enhance investigative capabilities. The current outdated equipment hampers investigations. The new system must support a minimum of three (3) interview rooms and one (1) monitoring station, providing high-quality audio and video capture, secure evidence management, and seamless integration. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a complete, turn-key interview and surveillance recording system, including:
- Hardware, software, and licenses.
- On-site professional installation, system configuration, and integration.
- User training for up to 10 personnel.
- Minimum three-year warranty on hardware and software, including technical support and remote troubleshooting.
