The Defense Health Agency Professional Services Contracting Division (PS-CD) intends to solicit and award a sole source bridge contract with Leidos, Inc. to continue inTransition support services being performed under W81WXH21C0077 due to expire on 14 Jan 2026. A Justification and Approval (J&A), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, is being processed for this requirement and will be posted when the approval process is accomplished.
The bridge will be issued to Leidos, Inc. for the period of 15 January 2026 to 14 January 2027, which is inclusive of a 3-month base period and three, 3-month option periods to provide inTransition support. This bridge contract does not replace the follow-on effort solicited under HT001125R0047.
INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Firms not solicited under this requirement may review the solicitation posted via SAM.gov; however, PS-CD is no longer accepting proposals or capability statements in response to that solicitation. A copy of the J&A will be posted no later than 14 days after contract award.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of market research. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Any future solicitation that will be open to competition will subsequently be issued on SAM.gov in order to permit responses.
