Scope of Work
The requirement involves the procurement, design, and implementation of an IDS solution, including Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) intrusion systems. Key services include:
- Configuration of the IDS to meet security policies and compliance.
- Provision of continuous 24/7 local monitoring and real-time alerting services.
- Training for client personnel on system use and incident response.
- Procurement support or direct supply of required IDS hardware and software components (sensors, keypads, sirens).
- Installation of IDS devices at designated locations, including removal of outdated systems.
- Configuration and testing of the IDS, customizing rules and verifying alerting mechanisms.

- Installation Sites (7): E-Wing (TAMC), ACC Spark M. Matsunaga building (Pharmacy Dispensing, Agent Cashier), AIPA Warehouse (Suites D155, D182, D185), Hilo CBOC, Kauai CBOC.
- Monitoring Sites (8): Includes the 7 installation sites plus E-Wing Arms Room.

Additional Notes
