• Period of Performance: One Base Year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and two 12-month Option Years (June 1, 2027 – May 31, 2029).

• Schedule: Work is estimated to be performed between June 1 and July 15 of each year, with specific start/completion dates determined by line item, target plant growth, and weather.

• Place of Performance: All National Park Service lands within Grand Teton National Park. Maps and descriptions will be provided per line item.

• Hours of Operation: Daylight hours, Monday through Friday. Off-hours require Contracting Officer approval.

• Equipment: Must be weed-free prior to mobilization. Government inspection is required.

• Personnel: Contractor and employees must be experienced in noxious weed management and herbicide application. A Wyoming Commercial Pesticide Applicators License is required for those mixing or applying herbicides. Personnel must be supervised by a licensed applicator.

• Safety: Contractor is responsible for public and personnel safety, following herbicide label recommendations, and maintaining safety equipment. Specific procedures for animal presence, weather, chemical transport, and spills are detailed.

• Water Sources: Government-provided water sources are available at Headquarters Campus (Moose, WY) and Moran Junction Administrative Site (Moran, WY). Contractor is responsible for transport and necessary fittings.

• Contract Amounts: Minimum of $2,500.00 for Backpack Spot Treatments, with a maximum of $299,000.00 collectively over the contract life.

• Weed List: Species to be treated are defined by the Grand Teton National Park Invasive Plant Priority List, Teton County Declared Weed List, and Wyoming State Designated Weeds list.
