Contract Details
This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price task orders. The period of performance includes a Base Year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and two 12-month option periods, not to exceed 5 years and 6 months total. The maximum contract value is $349,000.00, with a minimum guarantee of $40,000.00 for the first task order. Work generally commences between June 1 and July 15 annually. The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA) apply.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on an evaluation of Price, Technical ability (meeting specifications and qualifications), and Prior Experience (three examples within the last three years). The government will evaluate offers by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
