Scope of Work
EOIR requires an end-to-end inventory management system to provide real-time visibility and control over both accountable and non-accountable assets, from procurement through delivery. Key objectives include:

- Integrating with or replacing the current accountable asset system (APM) and integrating with the financial/procurement system (UFMS).
- Supporting comprehensive warehouse operations (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping) and multiple fulfillment strategies (central warehouse, vendor direct, court-level).
- Improving planning and reducing excess inventory. Detailed requirements cover inventory master and structure, mobile support, receiving and putaway, fulfillment and shipping, inventory controls, kitting, process and workflow, analytics and reporting, integration capabilities (APM, UFMS, API, RFID), governance, compliance, and asset management.
