Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI seeks information from potential vendors regarding solutions for an inventory management system for the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), Office of Information Technology (OIT). EOIR operates a centralized warehouse supporting approximately 75 court locations nationwide and currently tracks inventory using spreadsheets. They require a solution to provide end-to-end visibility and control of both accountable and non-accountable assets from procurement through delivery.

• Provide accurate, real-time inventory visibility across multiple locations.
• Manage both accountable and non-accountable inventory in a unified system.
• Integrate with or replace the current accountable asset system (APM).
• Integrate with the financial/procurement system (UFMS).
• Support warehouse operations (Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping).
• Support multiple fulfillment strategies (central warehouse, vendor direct, court-level).
• Improve planning and reduce excess inventory.

Vendors are asked to provide information on:
