Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Payment for the total amount moved is due 30 days from the date of invoice, payable by bank draft or cashier's check to "U.S. Treasury." Cash payments are not accepted.

• Bank drafts are preferred for amounts over $2,500.00.

• Bids must be received via email to cnrsw-qrp-sales@us.navy.mil no later than 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time on 24 February 2026.

• The successful bidder will be notified in writing within (2) business days of bid closure.

• Each lot will be awarded to the highest bidder.

• In case of a tie, tied bidders must submit revised bids within one (1) hour.

• The NRSW QRP reserves the right to award across lots to the single bidder with the highest cumulative bid.

• The award date is the start date for removal of material.

• Material must be removed within 30 business days of the award.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required before pickup.
