Terms & Conditions
Payment for the total amount moved is due within 30 days from the invoice date, payable by bank draft or cashier's check to "U.S. Treasury." Bank drafts are preferred for amounts exceeding $2,500.00; cash payments are not accepted. The buyer assumes full liability for all taxes and transactions related to the agreement and must indemnify the NRSW QRP and the U.S. Navy against all claims. Buyers must ensure all vehicles used for material removal are properly licensed, insured, and loaded according to government regulations, and certify that all purchased property will be completely recycled. Late payments or failure to pick up material will incur administrative charges.
Submission & Award Process
Bids must be submitted via email to cnrsw-qrp-sales@us.navy.mil using the provided bid sheet form. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time on February 24, 2026. The successful bidder will be notified in writing within two business days of bid closure. Each lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. In the event of a tie, tied bidders will be required to submit revised bids within one hour. The NRSW QRP reserves the right to award across lots to the single bidder with the highest cumulative bid. Material must be removed within 30 business days of the award date, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice required before pickup.
