Contract Details
All lots are sold "as is" for recycling purposes only, and all sales are final. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date via bank draft or cashier's check payable to the "U.S. Treasury." The successful bidder must remove the awarded material within 30 business days of the award, providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice before pickup. Late payment or failure to pick up material will result in administrative charges. The buyer assumes liability for all applicable taxes, indemnifies the NRSW QRP, U.S. Navy, and the United States against claims, and warrants that all purchased property will be completely recycled.
Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted via email to cnrsw-qrp-sales@us.navy.mil using the provided bid sheet form. The bid sheet must be in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed. The successful bidder will be notified in writing within two business days of bid closure. Each lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. In the event of tie bids, revised bids will be requested within one hour. The NRSW QRP reserves the right to award across lots to the single bidder with the highest cumulative bid. Offerors are advised to submit offers independently.
