• Actual quantities may exceed estimated minimums. NRSW QRP will invoice the buyer for additional material up to 20% above the advertised estimate within five (5) business days of bid closure. Payment for additional amounts is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.

• Buyers must remove material within fifteen (15) business days of award (F.O.B. origin).

• Administrative charges apply for late payments, dishonored checks, failure to pick up material, or failure to return QRP property.

• Bids must be submitted via email to cnrsw-qrp-sales@us.navy.mil.

• Bids must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on 7 April 2026.

• Each lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. Ties will be resolved by requiring revised bids within one hour; otherwise, NRSW QRP may use other award methods or award across lots to a single bidder.

• Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of bid closure.
