Contract Details & Terms

This is a final sale. Estimated quantities are minimums, and actual amounts may exceed estimates. For awarded material, NRSW QRP will invoice for additional material up to 20% above the estimate within five business days of pickup, with payment due within fifteen business days of invoice receipt. Buyers are responsible for all taxes and must certify that all purchased property will be completely destroyed by melting, shredding, or an equivalent method. Payment for the original bid amount is required prior to material transfer via bank draft or cashier's check payable to "U.S. Treasury"; cash payments are not accepted. Material must be removed within fifteen business days of award, requiring a minimum of 24 hours' notice before pickup. Administrative charges apply for late payments, dishonored checks, or failure to adhere to pickup schedules.

Submission & Evaluation

Bids must be submitted via email to cnrsw-qrp-sales@us.navy.mil using the provided bid sheet form. Bids must be clearly legible, in ink or typed, and signed. Award will be made to the highest bidder per lot. In the event of a tie, bidders will have one hour to submit revised bids. The NRSW QRP reserves the right to award across lots to the single bidder with the highest cumulative bid. Winners will be notified in writing within two business days of bid closure.
