Scope of Work
This requirement is for Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examinations and Services for approximately 90 Iowa Army National Guard (IAARNG) full-time support (FTS) and/or temporary personnel who may be exposed to health hazards. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. These are non-personal healthcare services. The services are for personnel in positions requiring specific physical fitness standards and exclude Active Guard Reserve (AGR), state employees, civilian contractors, and part-time traditional soldiers.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided in clinical settings within a 40-mile radius of AASF # 2 and FMS# 2, 2245 West Big Rock Rd, Waterloo, Iowa 50036. Services are expected Monday through Friday, 0730-1630, excluding recognized US holidays. Telework is generally not permitted.
Key Requirements
Contractors must ensure all employees possess required licenses, are fully trained, certified, and qualified for Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Exams. Procedures must comply with ABOEM, AAOHN, OSHA, and NIOSH Standards. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all property, materials, and equipment, and must maintain medical liability insurance. Key deliverables include a Quality Control Plan (QCP), lab results, and timely submission of all documentation within 30 days of exam/testing. The estimated annual personnel to be examined is 17, with the Government retaining the right to adjust this number.
