The course, a minimum of 32 hours over four days, will cover odor theory, canine drivers, communication, and search strategies for up to 16 law enforcement officers and military personnel. The contract includes a 12-month base period with two course iterations, and four 12-month option periods, each with up to four iterations. Performance will occur within the MCTC service area (54 states and territories), including the main campus in Johnston, Iowa.
Key Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate prior experience in designing, developing, and delivering K-9 Drug Detections Enhancement courses to law enforcement.
