Instructors must have a minimum of 15 years of law enforcement experience, 10 years as a civilian highway interdiction officer, and 5 years teaching Advanced Vehicle Contraband Concealment courses. All instructors must be U.S. Citizens.
- Past Performance evaluates the risk of unsuccessful performance based on similar scope, magnitude, and complexity.
- Price will be evaluated for reasonableness, completeness, and absence of unbalanced pricing.
