- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical Capability will be determined on a pass/fail basis, ensuring compliance with specifications. Only the three lowest quotes deemed technically acceptable will be considered for award. All pricing must be valid for 30 days from submission.
