Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted via email to RengifoJM@state.gov. Late, oral, or partial quotations will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. Acceptability is determined by compliance with RFQ terms, while responsibility is assessed based on FAR 9.1 requirements, including the ability to meet performance, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, and eligibility.
Eligibility & Notes
Mandatory Requirement: Vendors must be registered in the US Government System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award. Unique SAM.gov numbers and proof of registration must be provided with the quotation. Vendors must also answer questions related to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) regarding the use of certain technologies. Offerors are encouraged to submit competitive quotations. The Embassy reserves the right to cancel the RFQ and is not committed to making an award.
