Submission Requirements

Offerors must provide:

• Quote amount and proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT).
• Unit Price, Total Price, and RTAT in days.
• If not meeting the 78-day RTAT, provide capacity constraints.
• Indicate Firm-fixed-Price, Estimated, or Not-to-Exceed (NTE).
• Return Material Authorization # (RMA), if applicable.
• Delivery Vehicle (if Delivery Order requested).
• For items not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or with increased prices: provide NSN of similar item, previous NSN (if upgrade), or invoice copies (redacted) if sold commercially.
• Basis of pricing if not in line with historical pricing.
• Testing and Evaluation (T&E) fee/price if asset is determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER).
• Awardee CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, and Facility/Subcontractor CAGE.
• New unit price and delivery lead-time for comparison.
• Crucially, only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. Proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible official, must be submitted with the offer.

Additional Notes

This amendment's stated purpose is to remove an option quantity; however, the Government intends to add an option quantity to the resultant contract, allowing for an increase in supply quantity at the specified unit price.
