Scope of Work
The anticipated requirement involves the removal, purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of exhaust and vacuum pump systems for FDA laboratory operations located in Irvine, California. The scope may include:
- Replacing obsolete vacuum pump systems with new equipment, ensuring N+1 redundancy, integration with the existing Building Automation System (BAS), and independent isolation valves.
- Correcting the exhaust system in Room 2309 by directly ducting isolators to the outside via an exhaust fan, utilizing specific design drawings and specifications.
- Selective demolition, integration with existing building infrastructure, testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and warranty support.
- Coordination of all work to minimize disruption to ongoing FDA operations.
