Key Requirements & Eligibility
Preference will be given to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), as authorized by the Buy Indian Act. An IEE is defined as a business where Indians, Federally Recognized Indian Tribes, or Alaska Native Corporations own at least 51%, receive at least 51% of the earnings, and control management and daily operations. Contractors must hold an active, unrestricted dental license, current BLS certification, a DDS degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School, and have completed an oral surgery residency. Site-specific privileging, background checks, and medical liability insurance are also required.
Submission Details
Vendors must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work, including provider availability/qualification verification, provider roster transparency, and commitment to in-person service delivery. Responses should be concise, not exceeding one page per question, for a maximum of approximately seven pages (including cover, IEE Representation form, and additional information).
