- Plasma Cutting Machine: HORNET XD CNC plasma cutting machine, 10’ x 20’ XPR460 CNC plasma table (Brand Name or Equal). Must include a rail and gantry system, zoned downdraft table, 460 amp power supply, bridge-mounted operator station, over-travel limits, one-button machine squaring, full heat shield, manual bevel system, cross hair laser alignment, minimum 2.5” material pierce/cut, Optimix gas console, refrigerated air dryer, Microsoft Windows 10 Embedded, DXF conversion, SENSOR Torch Height Control Interface, plasma marking, Pronest 2025 software, and 8 additional torch heads.
- Fume Extraction: Camfill Farr Gold Series X-Flo GSX10 dust collector or equivalent, with specific airflow (10,000 CFM), filter area (1,000 sq ft), back-flush cleaning, and ducting kit.
- Warranty: 60 months on frame, gantry, rails, tool carriage, and table; 12 months on all other parts.
- Services: Delivery, offload, startup, and a minimum of 5 days of on-site training for operation, processes, and maintenance are mandatory.
