Submission & Evaluation
The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Long Beach Marriott. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered if timely received. Submissions should include CAGE Code, Delivery Date/Lead Time, pricing for all CLINs, and item/product information. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote fully complies with the solicitation terms and conditions and whose price is fair and reasonable. Offers must be submitted on an F.O.B. Destination basis.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have no active exclusions. A Wage Determination (WD 2015-5613, Revision 31) is included, establishing minimum wage rates and fringe benefits under the Service Contract Act, which is crucial for calculating labor costs. Electronic submissions (PDF or MS Word) are required.
