Special Requirements

Offerors must operate a laboratory formally accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by a recognized body and maintain this accreditation throughout the contract. Service technicians must be certified, trained, and have documented experience. Personnel performing services at Dugway must have US citizenship verified and complete required training (AT Level I, IA, iWATCH, OPSEC Level I). A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is required. Off-site calibration is only permitted for weight sets; flow meters and controllers must be calibrated on-site.

Submission & Evaluation

Offers, including a completed and signed SF1449 with fully burdened CLINs, are preferred via electronic submission to the Contract Specialist.
