Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to ensure the WR-ALC achieves and maintains ISO 50001 certification. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert SEM support with knowledge and experience in ISO 50001 implementation.
- Subcontracting the inspection and certification of the ISO 50001 program.
- Identifying and implementing ISO 50001 support structures and initiatives.
- Developing Complex-wide WR-ALC baseline energy models and performance indicators.
- Collecting, validating, maintaining, and installing metering data for energy usage analysis.
- Organizing, scheduling, and funding all required ISO 50001 audits (Internal, Stage 1 Readiness, Stage 2 Recertification, Surveillance).
- Providing technical engineering services for energy models and performance indicators.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 50001 standards and preparing for audits.
- Personnel must possess a Secret security clearance and meet specific SEM qualifications.
