Scope of Work

The Air Force requires new, turnkey IUID marking systems, including all accessories, documentation, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and acceptance testing. The procurement will be Firm Fixed-Price, delivered FOB destination to Tinker AFB, Robins AFB, and Hill AFB. Specific requirements include:

  • Type A: 3 Clamshell-style enclosed Direct Part Marking (DPM) laser marking workstations (or equivalent) for Tinker AFB.
  • Type B: 2 Flatbed CO2 laser engraving/cutting systems with labeling support (or equivalent) for Robins AFB.
  • Type C: 8 Roll-fed IUID label laser marking systems (or equivalent) for Hill AFB. Systems must enable IUID marks compliant with MIL-STD-130N, including Data Matrix ECC200 encoding and verification per ISO/IEC 15415 and/or ISO/IEC TR 29158. Marking software must support user roles, audit logging, and report generation. Delivery and installation are required within 30 calendar days of contract award.
