Scope of Work
The Air Force requires new, turnkey IUID marking systems, including all accessories, documentation, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and acceptance testing. The procurement will be Firm Fixed-Price, delivered FOB destination to Tinker AFB, Robins AFB, and Hill AFB. Specific requirements include:
- Type A: 3 Clamshell-style enclosed Direct Part Marking (DPM) laser marking workstations (or equivalent) for Tinker AFB.
- Type B: 2 Flatbed CO2 laser engraving/cutting systems with labeling support (or equivalent) for Robins AFB.
- Type C: 8 Roll-fed IUID label laser marking systems (or equivalent) for Hill AFB. Systems must enable IUID marks compliant with MIL-STD-130N, including Data Matrix ECC200 encoding and verification per ISO/IEC 15415 and/or ISO/IEC TR 29158. Marking software must support user roles, audit logging, and report generation. Delivery and installation are required within 30 calendar days of contract award.

Response Requirements
Interested parties should submit a capability statement addressing their ability to provide the required IUID equipment. Responses must clearly identify any proposed alternatives to specified technologies and demonstrate equivalency. Submissions should also include:
