Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and manuals necessary for IUID part-marking and other part-marking activities. Key services include:
- On-Site Part-Marking Support
- Hardware and Software Inventory and Configuration
- Hardware Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
- Network Administration Privileges Support
- Status Meetings
- OEM Hardware Maintenance (Teardown, Evaluation, Shipping)
- Software Maintenance and Updates
- Equipment and Process Training
- Reports, Metrics, and Data Deliverables Services will be performed at Air Logistics Centers (ALCs) at Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, and Robins AFB; depot maintenance at Vandenberg AFB; and the 309th EMXG at Kadena AFB.
