Eligibility & Response
This requirement is being pursued on a sole-source basis, as Spectromat Massenspektrometer GMBH has been identified as the only responsible source capable of providing authorized service and maintenance due to proprietary rights over the hardware and software. This meets the conditions of FAR Subpart 12.102(a). However, any responsible source believing it can fulfill these requirements may identify its interest and capabilities by submitting a capability statement prior to the closing date. All statements received will be considered by the Government, though the decision to open the requirement to competition remains at the Government's discretion.
