- Replacing failed air/water gauges on sprinkler systems.
- Performing 5-year and 3-year ITM (Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance) tagging for wet and dry risers.
- Repairing backflow prevention assemblies, specifically Ames Colt 400N 4" and Ames LFCOLT 500N-BF 4" RP devices, using manufacturer-approved kits and per TCEQ Form 20700 requirements.
- Updating and correcting inspection tags and notifying the local fire safety representative.
- Providing technical submittals including shop drawings, product data, TCEQ forms, and revised inspection reports.
- Obtaining final acceptance from the National Park Service.
