Scope of Work
The project involves significant upgrades at both the Powerplant and Gatehouse structures. Powerplant Work includes:

- Relocation of the station service switchboard to the turbine level.
- Replacement of low-voltage electrical panels and a transformer.
- Relocation of an existing air compressor.
- Replacement of two existing station service transformers with a single transformer. Gatehouse Work includes:
- Replacement of low-voltage panels, transformer, instrumentation, penstock gate controls, and battery systems.
- Installation of approximately 2,000 feet of communication conduit and fiber-optic cable between the gatehouse and powerplant.
