Scope of Work
This opportunity covers preventative maintenance (PM) services for HVAC and various split/rooftop AC units at San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) facilities. The services include:
- Locations: SCIP Headquarters (Coolidge, AZ), O&M Building (Coolidge, AZ), Oracle Field Office (Oracle, AZ), and San Carlos Field Office (San Carlos, AZ).
- Equipment: One Carrier Chiller, multiple Split A/C Units (Headquarters Server Room, Operations Room, Diesel Plant Building, O&M Building, Oracle Field Office), Rooftop A/C Units (Duplex Records Storage Building), and Wall Pack A/C Units (San Carlos Field Office).
- Tasks:
- Annual Chiller Inspection: Cleaning condensers, leak checks, electrical system service, safety/control checks, run logs, operation verification, and reports.
- Quarterly Chiller Inspections (3): Leak checks, system run logs, operating condition verification, and reports.
- Annual Split/Rooftop Unit Inspection (1): Coil cleaning, motor/bearing lubrication, electrical connection checks, drive belt replacement (if applicable), operating condition logs, and reports.
- Quarterly Split/Rooftop Unit Inspections (3): Belt checks/tightening (if applicable), lubrication, unit run logs, operation verification, and reports.
- Contract Structure: Anticipated to cover a base year plus four option years.
