Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks vendors to provide scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) services annually for HVAC and other split/rooftop AC units. The scope covers equipment at SCIP Headquarters/Operations and Maintenance Yard, Oracle Field Office, and San Carlos Field Office. Key equipment includes a Carrier Chiller, various Split A/C Units (Headquarters Server Room, Operations Room, Diesel Plant Building, Operation & Maintenance Building, Oracle Field Office), Rooftop A/C Units (Records Storage Building), and Wall Pack A/C Units (San Carlos Field Office).
Deliverables & Tasks include:
- Annual and Quarterly Chiller Inspections: Involving cleaning, leak checks, electrical service, safety checks, and operational verification.
