Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive fire code safety services, including repair, inspection, testing, and preventative/corrective maintenance for fire alarm, sprinkler, and kitchen hood systems across various buildings at the Grand Junction Medical Center. Key tasks include:
- CLIN 0001: Repairing kitchen hood deficiencies (NFS, Canteen, CLC), including manifold repair, nozzle replacement, CO2 cartridge replacement, and hydro testing.
- CLIN 0002: Addressing annual service deficiency findings, such as battery replacement for Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs) and Battery Protection Systems (BPS), and sensor replacement in specified buildings and the parking garage.
- CLIN 0003: Completing quarterly sprinkler deficiency repairs, including 5-year internal inspections, valve replacements, gauge replacements, and signage installation across multiple buildings. All work must comply with the latest NFPA standards, Joint Commission standards, and OSHA regulations.

Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation Factors: Quotes will be evaluated based on Price and Certification. The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous, potentially without discussions. Award will be made on an "All or Nothing Basis."
