- CLIN 0003: Quarterly Sprinkler Deficiency Repairs, including 5-year internal inspections, valve/gauge replacements, and signage installation across multiple buildings (1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 20, 22, 33, 34, 36, 45).
- Compliance: All work must comply with the latest NFPA standards, Joint Commission standards, OSHA, and manufacturer requirements. Five-year internal piping inspections require photographic evidence.
