The EPS is seeking repair on a 2008 Ford F-350 truck with a non-functioning air conditioning (AC) unit.
All repairs will be completed at the vendor’s place of business, which shall not exceed a 30-mile radius from EPS’ worksite located at: 5000 South 5th Ave, Hines, IL 60141.
Criteria: Vendor must provide proof for the following requirements along with the solicitation to be deemed acceptable.
- Vendor must be a certified Ford repair center.
- Vendor’s business must be registered with the local county clerk’s office and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
- Vendor must possess ASE certification for the necessary vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Vendor must have an active profile within SAM.gov and be in good standing for government contracts.
Service must be completed within 7 days of the contract being signed
Vendor will conduct repairs related to the non-functioning AC unit in the 2008 Ford F-350 (VIN: 1FTWW33R88ED18032). The cost of repair will include all parts, labor, and industry-standard fees, determined at the time of contract award. The Federal Government is a tax exempt entity.
