Scope of Work

The selected contractor will provide labor, manufacturer-approved parts, and materials to repair the air conditioning system of a specific 2013 Freightliner M Line Shuttlebus (VIN 4UZADEDT2DCBW8686, license plate VA22603) that is not providing cool air. Key tasks include:

  • Detailed HVAC system inspection and written diagnostic report.
  • Repair of faulty generators and replacement of dead batteries.
  • Reinstallation and tightening of suction side lines at the TXV, including O-ring replacement.
  • Vacuum and leak tests, followed by R134A Freon charging to manufacturer specifications.
