Scope of Work
This opportunity requires comprehensive repair services for a 2024 FORD Explorer XLT 4D 4WD UTV 4-2.3L Turbocharged Gasoline Direct Injection. The extensive repairs include:
- Front Bumper: Overhaul, replacement of A/M CAPA bumper cover, side trims, lower cover, license bracket, wire harness, and temperature sensor.
- Grille: Replacement of XLT grille and emblem.
- Front Lamps: Replacement and aiming of A/M left and right headlamp assemblies.
- Radiator Support & Cooling: Replacement of A/M CAPA radiator support, air/lower deflectors, A/M radiator, side seals, A/M reservoir tank, A/M fan assembly, intercooler, outlet tube, and rear duct.
- AC & Heater: Replacement of A/M condenser and AC service (evacuate, recharge, recover).
- Hood: Replacement of striker and latch.
- Left Front Fender: Replacement of A/M CAPA left fender, clear coat, edging, A/M CAPA left fender liner, and A/M CAPA left wheel flare.
- Engine Components: Replacement of air cleaner assembly, air inlet, intake hose, coolant, and car cover. Includes pre/post scan for repairs and sublet waste/corrosion protection.
Contractors must be licensed and certified for autobody work in Michigan or Wisconsin and located within 120 miles of Iron Mountain, MI. The contractor is responsible for transporting the non-drivable vehicle to their shop and returning it upon completion.
