Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive water treatment services to prevent fouling, inhibit corrosion, sanitize, clean, disinfect, and control biological growths in cooling towers and boilers. Key deliverables include:
- Monthly treatment services and water analysis.
- Quarterly Legionella testing.
- Annual cooling tower cleanout.
- Delivery of water samples to an ELITE Certified Legionella Testing Lab.
- Testing and documentation of make-up and system water quality.
- Application of products to retard scale, corrosion, and biological fouling.

Evaluation & Eligibility
Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer, provided the price is reasonable and within available funding. Eligibility requirements include at least 10 years of specialized experience, OSHA – 30 Hour Construction certification, and an active Business License. SDVOSB offerors must be VetCert certified by the SBA.
