Quick Summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting a Sources Sought market research effort to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) capable of providing underground fuel storage tank filtering, cleaning, and lab testing services. This requirement is for fifteen (15) tanks at the Long Beach VA Medical Center, CA. Responses are due by May 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST.
Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision to filter fuel, remove sediment and debris, and dispose of contaminants. Post-cleaning, tanks must be tested to ensure cleanliness, and a written report provided to the COR. Tanks contain various fuel types (Red Diesel, Unleaded Fuel, Low Nox Diesel) with capacities ranging from 550 to 30,000 gallons.
