Scope of Work

This requirement is for a one-time service to provide and install sixteen (16) new light fixtures in the Boiler Plant (Building 21). Key tasks include:

• Removal and disposal of eight (8) existing ceiling lights (approx. 30 ft high) and seven (7) existing ceiling light fixtures (approx. 10 ft high).
• Installation of eight (8) new lights at existing brackets and connections on the lower deck.
• Installation of one (1) new light fixture on the lower deck between Boiler 3 and Boiler 4, including running new electrical wiring and mounting a contractor-installed bracket.
• Contractor to furnish all labor, travel, equipment, supplies, and materials.
• New fixtures must meet specific technical specifications, including being an exact match to Duralumens EXPL Series (EXPL-120W-50K) hazardous location flood/high bay lights, with detailed electrical (120-277V, 120W, UL 844 certified), mechanical (aluminum alloy housing, IP66 rated, 7-year warranty), and lighting (LED, 15600LM, 5000K, 70,000 hours rated life) requirements.
• The Project Manager must have 30-Hour OSHA Construction Training.
• Contractor personnel must check in/out with Engineering, secure tools, and remove debris daily.

Contract Details

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Overtime is not authorized.

• A site visitation is highly encouraged; date and time will be determined at the time of solicitation preparation. No questions will be answered during the site visit; all questions must be emailed to the Contracting Representative.
