The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and tools for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of temperature control systems and devices as specified in the Statement of Work Statement (SOW) located at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Chicago, IL. Services must comply with the SOW, conformance standards, OEM recommendations, applicable local, state, and federal regulations, VA Policies & Procedures, HVAC/R design manual-2023, VACO and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, including all emergency repairs.
