The facility operates 24/7/365, requiring critical infrastructure to remain operational during non-business hours, weekends, and federal holidays. Key service requirements include:
- Response Times: Return calls within 30 minutes of notification from the COR; qualified personnel onsite within two (2) hours.
- Personnel: Technicians must be appropriately licensed for HVAC work in California. All personnel must be U.S. citizens and pass Level 5 Public Trust Clearance.
- Reporting: Submit a detailed report within 24 hours for every after-hours call, including time of call, arrival, problem description, actions taken, and parts replaced.
- Anticipated Service Volume: Approximately 8 hours of weekend service, 8 hours for two federal holidays, and 16 hours of after-hours service per month.
