Set-Aside & Eligibility
The government is currently seeking a total set-aside for SDVOSBs and VOSBs based on Public Law 109-461. SDVOSBs and VOSBs must also be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Small Business Administration (SBA) Registry.
