- Setting and testing all level controls and boiler safeties per VHA SDTM.
- Reinstalling tubes in the original fashion (rolled or welded), prohibiting seal welding not part of the original design.
- Providing all seals, gaskets, nuts, and bolts.
- Ensuring proper storage of tubes and materials, potentially off-site due to limited space.
- Warrantying all welds and rolls for a minimum of five years.
- Removing and properly disposing of all waste materials generated.
