This is anticipated to be a commercial supply acquisition under FAR Part 12. A "qualified vendor" must have necessary equipment, personnel, resources, recent experience (within 3 years) of comparable scope, OEM certified technicians, current SAM registration, and comply with FAR 19.507 (Limitations of Subcontracting). Services will be performed at the Grand Junction VA Health Care System, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
