Eligibility & Evaluation

• Eligibility: Offerors must have five (5) years of experience or provide a qualified subcontractor. Personnel must be trained and/or certified, with boiler inspectors requiring National Board or State License.

• Compliance: Service Contract Labor Standards apply (refer to P07 - Cook County WD 2015-5017 Rev-31). VHA Directive 1192 (influenza vaccination/masking) and facility requirements (drug-free, no-smoking) also apply. Electronic invoice submission via Tungsten Network is required.
