Scope of Work

- Testing & Reporting: Monthly municipal, feed, reject, and product water tests; semi-annual PLC diagnostics; annual contaminant monitoring; and detailed Field Service Reports.
- Emergency Repairs: Guaranteed 1-hour phone response and 8-hour on-site response for unscheduled maintenance.
- Compliance: Adherence to manufacturer's instructions, AAMI standards, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and VA safety regulations. Applicable staff must hold asbestos certification.
