The Department of Veteran s Affairs, Altoona Medical Center, Altoona, PA 16602, has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance and Repair (PM&R) for Ameriwater brand SPD Reverse Osmosis equipment.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 811210, Electronic Precision and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J064 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding Equipment-Water Purification and Sewage Treatment Equipment. Statement of Need
Background: The Altoona VA Medical Center wishes to procure a PM&R service contractor for SPD Reverse Osmosis equipment. All necessary labor must be performed by an authorized Ameriwater Service Provider capable of providing materials, equipment, parts and travel to perform inspections on the AMERIWATER ROS 800 GPD REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM with Deionozer and Storage Tank (00HC-2050) at the James E. Van Xandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602.

-Replace DI Packs (send out exhausted sacks to be regenerated for the next service. Includes replacement certificates)
